Certified as a Breastfeeding Consultant by HalavM Breastfeeding Consulting School (lead by Dr. Gina Weismann) and the Academic College at Wingate Institute.
I enjoy giving workshops and personal meetings, on various topics: breastfeeding preparation - what do you really have to know, first days of breastfeeding, returning to work and expressing milk, support and personal empowerment for new moms, myths about breastfeeding and more. I continue to volunteer in the postpartum ward at Laniado Hospital.
Meetings can be held at the convenience of your home or at my clinic in Rehovot.

My knowledge base follows a natural flow of learning and studying the different topics over many years.
I have been encouraging others and providing them with skills and a new point of view on the importance of relating Mind – Body – Soul.
I studied Lactation/Breastfeeding Consulting (‘Moadon Halav M’ – Mother’s Milk Club and Wingate Institute) and been practicing since receiving the certificate. In addition, I have been training prenatal and postpartum women and coaching TRX for the past few years.
Additional experience and certificates include: Swimming Instructor, Stretching Instructor, TRX Coach, Prenatal & Postpartum Instructor.
I have been competing as a Masters Swimmer and hold the 1,500m Freestyle 30-34 Age Group record. I earned a Bachelor of Art in Chemistry (Cum Laude) with a minor in Theater Art & Dance, and a Masters of Science in Management both from Case Western Reserve University.
